Where can I park?
Parking is offered in the following Locations

Central Plaza- 1400 Dock Street, Baltimore, MD, 21231
Constellation Upper Garage- 1000 Wills Street Baltimore MD, 21231
Constellation Lower Garage- 1399 Dock Street, Baltimore, MD, 21231
Wills Park- 1405 Point Street, Baltimore, MD, 21231
Purple lot- 1299 Dock Street, Baltimore, MD, 21231
How can I add my license plate?
Harbor Point is powered by Metropolis. The Metropolis technology recognizes vehicles automatically so guests can simply drive in and out. To get started Visit app.metropolis.io/sign-in and follow the prompts to sign up. When signing up, you need to enter the required information including your license plate number.
I’m driving a rental car what should I do?
After creating an account visit app.metropolis.io/vehicle to update your vehicle information. Under account details, select “Add Vehicle” from the drop-down menu, and select “Rental Vehicle.” Be sure to add the return date and extend it if you keep the car longer than expected.
Are there specific spaces reserved for specific customers?
Yes, all of the reserved spaces are assigned to specific customers. If you did not pay for a reserved space, please do not park in them. If you do, you are subject to a violation/ticket.
Is overnight parking permitted?
Yes! Multi-day and overnight parking is available across the Harbor Point campus.

How do I register for a new monthly parking account?
To sign up for monthly parking, please reach out to our management team at harborpoint@spplus.com.
How can I cancel my monthly parking?
To cancel your monthly parking, please sign in to your account at app.metropolis.io. Under account details, select “Monthly Subscription” from the drop-down menu. You can then manage your monthly subscription. You must cancel your account by the 1st of the month to not incur any additional charges.
Is a receipt issued?
Your receipt will be sent to you via text after you exit the parking facility.
Do individuals with a disability have to pay to park?
Yes, everyone across the Harbor Point campus must pay to park.
Can I extend my parking by phone if my time has expired?
You don’t need to do anything after you are registered with app.metropolis.io/. Your visit starts when you drive in. You will receive a welcome text when you enter and your parking session will begin. When you exit the parking facility, your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file. Just drive out.
Is Cash Accepted for on-street parking?
Only credit card payments are accepted for on-street parking.
